Start with an empty galaxy and add the memories you want to keep. Your reflection takes shape from what you share, with the same account on the web and Windows.
You do not need to give us your real name, email address or date of birth. Keep your recovery code safe: it is how you regain access if you forget your password.

This code is shown once. Save it in your password manager or another safe place. Anyone with it can reset your account password.

Delete your account
This permanently removes all galaxies, saved memories, uploaded originals, learned knowledge, settings and account credentials from the active Charms service. Every signed-in session is revoked. You cannot undo this.
Export each galaxy in app Settings first if you want a copy of its records. That JSON export does not include original files. Read the deletion and retention details for backup and security-record limits.
