These Terms apply to Charms Universe, its browser app and its Windows launcher. They do not grant access to Discord Away or connect a Discord account. Our Privacy policy explains personal-data processing.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 16. If you are 16–17, a parent or legal guardian must agree to your use and these Terms where their agreement is required. Signup asks for separate age and guardian declarations. These declarations do not verify identity or parental responsibility. Keep your password and recovery code private and use an account you control.
Free beta and future charges
The current beta is free. There is no checkout, payment-card collection, paid subscription or automatic renewal. Daily AI and storage limits can stop further requests; reaching a limit does not create a charge or buy more capacity.
If paid plans are introduced, LuckyCharms will present the full price, taxes or unavoidable charges, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation route and refund conditions before a separate purchase. A free account will not automatically become a paid subscription. See the Refund and billing policy.
Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant LuckyCharms only the permission needed to host, process, organise and present it to provide the features you choose, including sending relevant inputs to the disclosed AI provider. This does not transfer ownership of your library.
Only upload information you may lawfully provide. Do not use Charms to harm others, impersonate someone deceptively, upload illegal content or credentials, evade limits, attack the service or access another account. Do not submit special-category or highly sensitive data to this beta. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.
AI limits and your review
The twin is an AI-generated personal profile with source retrieval. It can make mistakes, miss details and produce unreliable inferences. A processed source is not a verified fact. Review evidence and correct or dismiss errors. Charms does not promise human equivalence, complete understanding, perfect recall or a personal model trained exclusively on your data.
Do not rely on it for professional medical, legal or financial advice, emergency assistance or decisions that significantly affect someone’s rights. Connections to other apps remain unavailable unless the app explicitly provides and describes them.
Availability, ending use and consumer rights
The beta may change or experience downtime. Keep independent copies of files that matter to you; export and download controls are available. We may limit use for security, capacity, unlawful conduct or misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us.
You may stop using Charms, pause learning or delete your account without an exit fee. Deletion consequences and provider-backup limitations are explained under Data requests. Nothing here excludes liability or limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes, questions and applicable law
Material changes will be dated and made available before new signup acceptance. We do not silently backfill existing accounts as having accepted a later version. English and Welsh law applies where permitted; mandatory protections and available legal remedies in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
