What you can do
What makes it yours.
Your reflection starts with what you share. Memories give it detail, conversations add context, and corrections help it stay true to you.
Memories
Begin with something of yours.
Write a note or upload a file. The original stays in your library, so you can come back to it whenever you want.
- Edit or delete a memory at any time.
- Let Quick add suggest what to keep from selected files.
- Open the source behind something your twin has learned.
- Export your galaxy’s records from Settings.
Things you can add
- Writing
- Notes, memories, preferences, events
- Documents
- Text, code, PDF, Word, presentations and spreadsheets
- Photos and media
- Images, music, audio and video. Other formats can be kept as originals.
- File limits
- 5 MB each · 20 files at a time
You choose the files. Supported documents can be read with AI; supported media can be transcribed. Video visuals and instrumental music are not analysed. Other formats need your notes.
Your galaxy
One memory. One star.
Each saved note, file or remembered message adds a star. Move around your galaxy and select one to see what’s behind it.
New galaxies start empty. Your twin’s interpretations stay linked to their sources instead of adding extra stars.
Explore your galaxyYours from the beginning.
You bring the memories. Nothing is filled in for you.
Prefer a list? Every source is there too. You can pause the galaxy’s motion.
Learning
See the picture taking shape.
When you turn on learning, Charms brings together details from your saved memories: your preferences, experiences and things you care about. You can review each one and see where it came from.
- Check an insight against the words it came from.
- Confirm what’s right and dismiss what isn’t.
- Follow progress or retry a file that failed.
- Pause learning without losing what’s already saved.
How it works
Behind your reflection.
OpenAI processes the information you enable for learning. Charms saves the results and looks up relevant details when you talk to it.
It uses an existing AI model; it does not train a separate one for you. It can miss details or misunderstand things, so you can always check its work.
Conversations
Changed your mind? Tell it.
Switch on Remember conversations to let your new messages become memories. It’s off by default and needs background learning to stay on.
A clear correction can update an older preference. You can see when your message has been saved and when your twin has finished learning from it.
Talk to your twin“My favourite drink is coffee.”
An earlier memory
“Actually, I prefer tea now.”
