The local development service uses the cookie name charms_session. The Windows launcher uses Edge’s browser storage for the hosted service.
Your choices
The storage notice explains necessary storage and lets you save that preference or close without saving. It does not ask you to accept trackers that do not exist. You can browse public pages without signing in. Disabling all cookies prevents authenticated account features. You can clear the sign-in cookie by signing out, and remove the notice preference in your browser settings.
No optional tracker is loaded before consent or afterward in this release. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced later, it will need a new, specific choice before it starts, with equally accessible refusal and withdrawal controls.
Third parties and external links
There are no third-party cookies, remote fonts, analytics pixels or social embeds in the shipped Charms pages. Render receives necessary hosting/network information. User-requested AI calls reach OpenAI on the server; they are governed by the separate AI processing controls described in our Privacy policy, not by acknowledging this storage notice. Following an external link opens that provider’s own service and policies.
